RE: Weight Lifting

I think lots of women are scared of weight lifting because of what it may do to their bodies. Just for the record: lifting weights is not going to make you look like body builders, or even those beefy guys at the gym. Women are built much differently. Weight lifting only enhances toning. It gives your body more shape and makes you look strong, but not grossly so.

I've really been focusing on my weight lifting for the past two months and I can already see a big difference in how my arms look. I love the way they look. So, try it. Three sets, 7 or 8 reps, with more weight than you use when you tone.
